Grounded in choice, this class is sensitive to trauma in the body and founded on curiosity and compassion so that we can leave more resourced and connected to our inner and outer supports.
This class involves slow, full-body movement. It is held on the lovely outdoor deck at Indigo Dragon wellness center. Wear layers and bring a yoga mat!
Led by Monique Minahan (she/her), creator of The Grief Practice, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and Somatic Experiencing™ practitioner. With a profound experience of grief herself, she blends science and somatics with the soulful, human experience of grief in a way that honors the innate healing ability of every human being and every human body.
